Urban Masterplanner, Architect and Researcher, Equity & Social Value Spatial Designer. She empowers new and diverse voices and challenges the way we understand, design and develop our cities. She leads international teams, designing self-sufficient neighborhoods and new cities across Asia and Europe. Founder of URBANITARIAN – the world’s leading comprehensive data platform and archive for urban design projects. Co-founder of the ARCHITECTresses Foundation – an agency for gender-smart spatial innovation, and JUSThood.city – an innovative community-based method to empower inhabitants in envisioning their future equitable neighbourhoods. She lectures at IAAC in Barcelona, SISD in Shenzhen, and Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Honorata Grzesikowska is an Urban Masterplanner, Architect, Researcher, and Equity & Social Value Spatial Designer. For over 20 years, she has been leading multidisciplinary and international teams in shaping self-sufficient neighborhoods and new cities across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Her work bridges strategic planning with human-centered design, focusing on the intersection of form, policy, and everyday life.
She is the founder of URBANITARIAN, the world’s leading data platform and archive for urban planning projects. The initiative curates and analyzes hundreds of large-scale developments worldwide, providing a unique resource for urban professionals, governments, and academia to rethink the future of city-making through transparency and shared knowledge.
Honorata is also the co-founder of the ARCHITECTresses Foundation, an agency for gender-smart innovation in the built environment, and JUSThood.city, a pioneering community-based tool that empowers residents to visualize and co-create equitable neighborhoods. Together, these ventures reflect her commitment to systemic change and inclusive methodologies in spatial design.
