Bio
I’m Honorata Grzesikowska, Urban Masterplanner, Architect & Researcher, Equity & Social Value Spatial Designer.
"I am a multidisciplinary urban designer, architect, and researcher. I empower new and diverse voices & challenge the way we understand, design, and develop our cities."
A broad skillset allows me to address urban challenges through a holistic and multidisciplinary lens. With experience across all scales — from designing the public realm to leading the creation of masterplans for entirely new cities — I bring a systemic understanding of how spaces evolve and interconnect.
My expertise lies in developing self-sufficient urban metabolisms and crafting strategies for both new and regenerated districts, spanning the street, neighborhood, city, and regional scales. My areas of specialization include master planning, urban design, spatial equity, human-scale transit-oriented development (TOD), nature-based solutions (NBS), water-sensitive urban design (WSUD), and the creation of healthy, resilient communities.
